It was formed in 1997 and its main aim is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ through music. Another objective is to promote Christian worship using cultural musical arrangements and dance forms. Both shows featured a number of Malawian dances such as Chimtali, Beni, Ingoma, Ngoma, Sikili, Mganda, Manganje and Ndolo. At both venues the performances were very well received by the audiences.<br /><br />Although Malawi is very rich culturally, this richness is hardly visible in the area of music, as most contemporary musicians prefer to play foreign musical sytels to local ones.
